Christmas Eve, 2006 |
|
|
|
The weather was not
even close to what we were hoping for. It was quite cool and it was
rainy. The good news is that the storms broke in the mid afternoon and
the bonfires were able to be lit. Soon after they managed to get the wet
structures burning, the rain started again, although light this time. |

You can tell how wet
it was thanks to the reflection of the fire in the water. |

The bonfire burnt
well. |

Hopefully next year
the bonfire weather will be a little dryer. Cold we can handle, but
rain makes it more difficult. We still had a good time with family and
friend's both at my sisters house and at our friends house and on the levee. |
