This page is all about my Alcohol bottles.  Here you will find bottles that are for Beer to bottles that are for Champagne.  Some of the bottles here are newer and some of them are quite old.  It is amazing to see the evolution of the alcohol industry through its bottles and I hope you enjoy seeing them.  If you are interested in seeing one of the pictures larger, just click on it and a larger picture will open in its own little window.  Please enjoy your visit to my site. Thank you.

This bottle is from Holland.  This bottle is still full.  The only thing embossed on the bottle is identification markings.  This label is in mostly Dutch but the important things are in English.  The bottle measures 6.25" tall with a max circumference of 8.0625" and holds 11.5 fluid ounces.  This bottle is sealed with a bottle cap.

Grolsch Beer Bottle (Wire Plug Seal)

This bottle is from Holland and is one of my favorites.  This bottle is empty. Just below the neck of the bottle, "Grolosch" is embossed 4 times.  On the sides of the bottle, an emblem that has a part of a barley and the letter G and B are embossed 4 times.  The bottle measures 8.875" tall with a max circumference of 9.375" and holds one pint.  This bottle is sealed with a wire plug.  It is really neat.

Dixie Beer Bottle

This bottle is unique to the area.  Dixie Brewing Company from New Orleans does not exist anymore.  This bottle is one that had many trips through the bottling plant for it was reused.  The label on it is in very good condition.  My Grandfather know a guy that drink Dixie Beer.  I was told that it was a very hard beer to drink because of its very strong taste.  This bottle measures 9.625" tall with a max circumference of 7.6875" and holds 12 fluid ounces.  This bottle was sealed with a metal bottle cap.
